Career Discovery Assessment

The MehtA+ Career Discovery Assessment is a 15 minute, 4 page quiz which includes 41 questions that match students to careers based on their unique interests, values, and strengths. Developed by MIT and Stanford engineers, our algorithm analyzes responses across six dimensions, including the RIASEC personality model (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional), work values, abilities, and field interests to calculate compatibility scores with 1000+ careers in our database.

 

Students receive 30 personalized career recommendations ranked by match percentage, each with detailed explanations of why it’s a good fit. Results are available online and emailed immediately, helping students discover careers they may never have considered.
