“What do you want to be when you grow up?” is a question every student hears. Unfortunately, most students have never been exposed to the full landscape of careers, the problems those careers solve, or the pathways that lead there. The MehtA+ Career Discovery Hub was created to change that.

Developed by MIT and Stanford engineers and educators, the Hub blends rigorous data analysis with a thoughtfully designed algorithmic psychometric framework to sharpen insights while keeping the process transparent and human‑centered. Grounded in over 1000 careers from U.S. Department of Labor’s O*Net, the Hub helps students explore the myriad of opportunities available to them.

The Hub is not about predicting a future. It’s about giving students the exposure they need to shape their own destiny. And soon, each career pathway will include a short video interview with real professionals, bringing every path to life through stories, not just statistics.

A 15 minute psychometric quiz that reveals your top 30 career matches

Students receive personalized career recommendations based on a comprehensive assessment of their unique profile and preferences.

The assessment evaluates:
